Processing Time Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Time Once your order has been fulfilled, please allow 5–10 business days for delivery within the United States.

Shipping Rates We offer free shipping on all orders.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Delays Occasionally, production or shipping delays may occur due to high demand, holidays, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed.

Lost or Stolen Packages Va's Creative Haven is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Wrong Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
